Mission
The Vaad’s mission is to facilitate and ensure the distribution of Kosher food in Orlando. Whether wholesale, retail food vendors, or food production companies in the Greater centeral Florida area, the Vaad is dedicated to ensuring that Kosher food is available for the public through Kosher certification, supervision, education, and inspection. The Vaad works to promote Kosher awareness amongst the community and food production companies looking to expand their consumer base.
